Accidents & Incidents - Users can log accidents either for themselves and other people.  Each person injured has a separate record created for them allowing details, and supporting documents.  Response material and escalation can also be recorded.  Incidents can cover near-misses as well as problems affecting the business.

 

Risk Management - A version controlled system to identify Hazard details, risks and mitigation steps etc relating to scoped areas of the organisation.  Pre and Post changes can be reocrded. Formal Approvals and publishing control each version (plus updates).  A range of user interfaces can be added.

 

COSHH & MSDS - Safety Data Sheets from Suppliers can be controlled and one or more can be associated with a COSHH.  The COSHH have formal version control with Approvals and Publishing for each version.  COSHH can be related to Risk documents if needed.  Access to these documents often is via an in-built Search navigation system.

 

Audits & CARs - The standard requirements for a range of Audits (H&S, Quality, Environmental, IT etc) can be managed within the application.  The results plus any Corrective Actions, Non-Conformances and Observations can also be managed.  Classifications relating to specific standards can be easily included to help show compliance.

 

Change Management - Changes to processes, systems and business practices often need to be 'shown' to happen and this system helps perform that.  Individual elements can be broken into seperate steps and assigned to individuals.  Classification and categorisation of all documents means this application can be used for a range of Change types.

 

Fire Safety Management - Applications for Fire Impairments, Fire Assessments, Fire Wardens Checks, Fire Safety Training and a range of general record keeping have been prepared.  As with all applications, the options for categorisations and classifications can be established specific to your organisation.

 

Formal Document Management - A formal Document Control and management system to organise Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms and other documents.  Each version of a document proceeds through an Approvals stage before Publishing.  Multiple levels of Categorisation helps in searching and structuring to aid end-users gain fast access.  Change Requests and in-built superseding controls ensures visibility of only the 'current' material.
